Every Man Has His Price free essay sample
The history of this idiom goes back to XVIII century, but it hasnââ¬â¢t lost its actuality up till present times. The meaning of the saying is very simple ââ¬â it shows that every person can be bribed in some way; the only thing the briber should know is his ââ¬Å"victimââ¬â¢sâ⬠price. In our modern materialistic society we can come across such problem very often. Everywhere we go, the service and the attitude of the people around us depend greatly on our social status and the amount of money we are ready to give away. It is very unpleasant to admit that almost every person can be persuaded to do what we need if we can offer them something in return. Nowadays people are more concerned about material goods and tend to pay less attention to spiritual values ââ¬â friendship, love, mutual aid and disinterestedness. We should not forget another popular saying: ââ¬Å"Treat other people in the way you want to be treated by themâ⬠. We will write a custom essay sample on Every Man Has His Price or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page People should not give up their moral principles in order to achieve material prosperity. They should not view others as wallets with money, but be polite, helpful and understanding in spite of our prosperity. Our ancestors would rather die than betray their country, fellows or faith, no matter what they had been offered instead. We should take this example as the impulse to some changes in our outlook and way of life. And we should never enhance our own reputation but do priceless things for free. There are so many different proverbs and sayings about money that we can draw a conclusion that money plays a great role in every personââ¬â¢s life and society as a whole. Nevertheless, most people nowadays donââ¬â¢t know how to use money in the right way: they either waste them on unnecessary posh things or save them up so scrupulously that forget to spend them. I understand the meaning of this proverb in the following way: if a person has some money, they have an opportunity to widen their outlook by travelling, studying and getting the access to some new information. A person should not degrade and buy every possible gadget for fun, because technological inventions can be very helpful in self-improvement and self-education. If you can spend some money on study ââ¬â do it. Buy books, watch educational programs, search for something new on the Internet, or enter the higher educational establishment. Money spent on studying will always be returned to you. If you are a smart, well-educated person, you will always be respected in any company. It is very easy to waste money, but it can bring you only a short-term satisfaction. However, if you spend money on yourself and your self-improvement, it will be a very clever and farsighted investment.

Themes and Aspects to Focus on When Writing Persuasive Cause and Effect Essay Topics
Themes and Aspects to Focus on When Writing Persuasive Cause and Effect Essay TopicsIf you're hoping to start writing persuasive cause and effect essays, then you'll want to avoid the topic of prayer in your essay. Although religion can be used as a persuasive cause and effect tool, using religion to argue for your own religious views will not benefit you or the reader. This is a common misconception among teachers and writers alike. The most popular persuasive cause and effect essay topics revolve around a theme that lies in the subject's political system. The best way to make sure that you're not missing out on the theme of your essay is to start out by determining which topic lies in your own country's political system. For example, if your topic is British politics, you will have to define the political system as well as learn about its history and culture.Once you know the political system of your country, you'll want to know how to turn this knowledge into a persuasive cause and effect essay topic. Before you start writing any essay topics, think about how you will use this information. Does your essay center around the subject of your country's particular political system? If so, you'll want to take a look at different political system causes and effects to determine which theme would suit your subject best. After you have identified the particular political system that is relevant to your topic, consider using an essay topic with a theme involving the political system in your home country. It's important to remember that a persuasive cause and effect essay topic will require you to look beyond your own country. If you focus only on your own political system, you won't be able to use your background or experiences from another country to show how the political system in your country is relevant to your subject.Educational essay topics are a little bit different than the other persuasive cause and effect essay topics discussed here. You want to create your own unique style in order to standout from other people who are trying to make similar arguments as yours. Although it may seem easy enough, many students struggle with the difference between fact and opinion when writing academic essays. Since your main objective is to convince a reader to agree with you, you need to ensure that the facts and opinions presented in your essay do support your argument and prove that the chosen cause and effect thesis is correct.Once you've established your own style and tone, you can begin to break down the different facts and ideas you want to support your argument. For example, if you're arguing that the United States spends too much money on the military, you'll want to use a persuasive cause and effect essay topic that highlights how U.S. citizens must spend their money on the military. However, if you're using this same argument to show that the United States doesn't spend enough money on the military, you'll want to focus on showing why the Uni ted States should spend more on the military. If you're using data that contradicts your arguments, you'll need to present both sides of the argument in order to prove both sides are true. To help you establish this point, write down your points of fact and present them in a logical manner that shows that your argument has merit. Keep in mind that only when your argument can be proven can you move on to the next phase of your essay topic development.Academic writing is not only limited to popular and influential persuasive cause and effect essay topics. Write your essay topics as you normally would - clearly, logically, and logically. While we all know that it's easier to convince a student to agree with us if we present facts that support our position, your first goal should be to establish your own style and theme so that you're sure to stand out among your peers.
